Made from natural bovine serum, the highly concentrated powder delivers complete nutrition in small feedings that are easy for baby animals to eat and digest. The replacer provides energy plus 88 grams of total protein (based on body weight) to ensure newborns thrive and is recommended for the following: • To preemies, multiples and orphans • During extreme weather and stressful conditions • When colostrum is in short supply
| Directions | Replacement Directions: Mix 1/4 cup powder with 4 oz water. Feed 1/4 cup solution via nipple feeder or esophageal feeder 3-8 times within the first 24 hours of birth, depending on animal's body weight. For example, a 10 lb lamb would receive a total of 2 cups powder mixed with 32 oz water over the first 24 hours.
May also be used as a supplement in addition to colostrum. Supplement Directions: Mix 2 Tablespoons powder with 2 oz water. Feed 1/4 cup solution via nipple feeder or esophageal feeder 3-8 times within the first 24 hours of birth, depending on animal's body weight. When used as a supplement, 1 tub feeds 6-14 animals. |
